Normal products no need MOQ and customize products depend on. 

Q2: Can you OEM? 

Of course, always welcome. 

Q3: Can I get sample for checking quality before order? Should I need to pay?

Many items could provide FREE sample but need to charge the freight. And some items need to charge sample fee+ freight but could refund the sample fee when you place order. Customize sample need to charge sample cost+ freight, no refund. 

Q4: What's the lead time?

About 20 - 30days after receive the deposit. Sample delivery time is within 5 days for normal products.
